Make an Appointment Dr. Helms and Dr. Mardian enjoy practicing medicine and enjoy getting to know you.
As a new patient to our clinic you will enter into a caring and professional partnership with your doctor based on respect, empathy, humor. Deeply exploring your health goals and the interconnections of your body, mind, and spirit is a healing process and takes time. You will spend 60 minutes or more with your doctor at your initial visit where he will listen to your story and ask questions to better understand you and your health goals.
During this process, your doctor will partner with you to create an individualized treatment plan. Depending on the specifics and complexity of your situation your initial appointment may also involve your first acupuncture treatment, recommendations for lab tests or xrays, therapeutic injections, or suggestions for additional treatment modalities.
