Payment & Insurance
Payment The fee for your visits will depend on the level of complexity and time of your appointment. We ask for some payment at each visit and will work with you for insurance reimbursement.
If you have already visited us, you can make a secure electronic payment for your treatment using your Google Checkout accounts.
Insurance We are not contracted with private insurance companies. Dr. Mardian is a Medicare provider. If you have a health insurance plan that allows you to see any physician of your choosing (often called a PPO plan), we will be happy to submit your bill to your insurance company. Please keep in mind that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. |
